You’ll be part of a broader team that also includes Waste Customer Experience and Asset Cleansing.About the PositionIn this hands-on role, you’ll rotate between operating a front-end loader, forklift and material handler, delivering excellent customer service and keeping the yard clean and tidy. You’ll take pride in your work and the presentation of the centre, with duties that may also include collecting dumped rubbish and operating a hook truck.Skills and ExperienceOperating forklift, excavator, front end loaderWaste operational experience preferredExcellent customer serviceWorking in a team environmentRequirementsMedium-rigid licenceHeavy-rigid licence preferredHigh risk work licenceFront end loader ticketExcavator ticketSatisfactory National Police Check; andOther pre-employment checks may be required depending on the role requirements.BenefitsAs a City of Monash employee, your personal and professional development is a key focus for us.
