Description

Reporting to the Service Transport Manager, the Service Coordinator is a key role in delivering service excellence to our customers and internal teams across the branch.

The Service Coordinator has no direct reports, they act as a conduit between the customers, Service Technicians, the branch Operations and Customer Care teams to deliver on service operational requirements in the Fresh & Clean branch.

The key accountabilities of the role are, but not limited to:

- Plan, manage and record all ad hoc, off cycle and urgent services that fall outside of standard Abel routing framework
- Communicate urgent and critical servicing with Service Supervisors and Service Technicians to ensure priority is given and job completion accuracy
- Prepare proof of service and DIFOT reporting for branch and customers as required
- Timely response and resolution to service enquiries from customers, Sales teams and Customer Care
- Oversee all low value customer losses with a solid retention focus
- Support the branch in delivering on operational tasks
