About the Role

We are based in Mackay and currently looking for an Admin Support. This position is Permanent full time Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm.





Duties Required

Liaising closely with selected customers via Phone and email support.

First point of call for walk in customers

Booking in new jobs into our scheduling system

Rapid paced environment

Supporting the transport coordinators on a daily basis

Supporting all other team members when required

Required Attributes

Motivated with a strong work ethic

Great attitude

Great communication both verbal and written

Proficient in Microsoft Office suite

Ability to work unsupervised & in a team environment

Ability to work efficiently, safely and timely

Previous Experience in the Transport industry
