Elderly Care is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Mt Gravatt Aged Care Residence in Brisbane. This Part-time role offers the opportunity to provide high-quality nursing care with a person-centred approach for our elderly residents.
You'll work night and afternoon shifts, manage medications and care plans, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and maintain accurate documentation while supporting continuous improvement and a positive care setting.
