Pay and package

- Packages up to $65 per hour, depending on the role, experience and technical capability.
- Company vehicle, with the package and vehicle arrangements discussed for the position.
- Full-time Brisbane-based opportunities with established commercial teams.

The work

Depending on the position and your strengths, your work could include:

- Commercial air-conditioning servicing, preventative maintenance and breakdown repairs.
- Fault-finding, diagnostics and getting systems running reliable.
- HVAC installations, equipment replacements and commercial project work.
- Testing, commissioning and completing transparent job records.

You do not need to be equally experienced in every area.



We are interested in service technicians, installers and technicians who enjoy working across both.

What you will bring

- A relevant air-conditioning and refrigeration trade qualification and current licences appropriate to your work.
- Practical HVAC service or installation experience.
- Reliable workmanship, a sound approach to safety and clear communication.
- The ability to work independently and contribute to the wider team.

Support and development

Work with experienced commercial teams, with technical support and training opportunities discussed around the role and your interests. We will talk through the work mix, customer sites, hours, travel and any on-call requirements before putting you forward.
