As a Junior Strata Manager, you will assist with the day-to-day management of a portfolio of Owners Corporations and gain exposure to all aspects of strata management.
Key responsibilities include:
- Attending and chairing meetings for smaller Owners Corporations (typically under 10 lots)
- Coordinating maintenance, repairs and contractor engagement
- Responding to enquiries from owners, committees, tenants and contractors
- Conducting site visits and property inspections
- Ensuring compliance with relevant Owners Corporation legislation and regulations
