- Strong background in data migration, data modelling and enterprise data-platform transformation
- Experience delivering across Snowflake and SAP environments
- Proven experience in program recovery, stabilisation or turnaround
- Strong program planning and re-baselining capability
- Experience managing large, multi-workstream technology programs
- Solid senior customer/executive stakeholder management and program governance
- This is a senior hands-on delivery leadership role , not a normal PM role
- Must have managed large, complex multi-workstream programs
- Must be able to hold workstream leaders accountable and remove blockers
- Strong commercial and delivery discipline
- Recovery/turnaround experience is one of the biggest differentiators
