Westpac Group is seeking a Manager, Product Practice Operations to lead initiatives that raise product ownership standards and practitioner experience. You will partner with Product Practice Leads, Product Owners and Delivery Units to embed the Practice’s ways of working and support the Product Owner community.
You will coordinate learning, run workshops and coaching, maintain resources and templates, and deliver governance insights through practice reporting.
