We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer with 7+ years of experience in Salesforce development, customization and integration. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in LWC, Apex, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Salesforce development best practices.

Key Skills:

- Strong experience in Salesforce LWC, Apex, Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Hands-on experience with Lightning Experience, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, Triggers, Visualforce and Lightning Aura Components.
- Strong experience in Salesforce configuration and customization.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems.
- Good understanding of Salesforce DX.
- Experience with Bitbucket, Git, DevOps practices and CI/CD.
- Solid understanding of Agile methodology and development practices.
- Knowledge of business processes, KPIs and Salesforce best practices.
- Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Configure and customize Salesforce solutions to support business functions, project objectives and client requirements.
- Ensure Salesforce best practices are followed in application configuration and customization.
- Provide detailed level-of-effort estimates for proposed solutions.
- Evaluate and communicate solution feasibility,



functionality, benefits and risks.
- Develop, test and document custom development, integrations and data migration components.
- Stay updated with Salesforce product capabilities, technical enhancements and releases.
- Collaborate with project managers, Scrum Masters, clients and developers throughout development, testing and deployment.
- Work directly with clients, managers and end users to understand business objectives and technical requirements.
- Design and deliver customized applications, user interfaces and integrations with internal Salesforce instances.
