Multicultural Consulting Services (MCS) is seeking an accomplished Senior HR leader to drive strategic and operational people outcomes for Victorian infrastructure projects from our Melbourne base. You will partner with executives and project leaders across the employee lifecycle.

The role requires eight+ years in HR, including senior HRBP or HR manager experience in construction or infrastructure, with strong knowledge of Australian employment law and up-to-date awards.
