Voyages Indigenous Tourism Australia is seeking a Hotel Head Chef to lead the kitchen at Ayers Rock Resort, Uluru. Live and work onsite in the Red Centre, overseeing Desert Gardens Hotel's kitchen and a 20-chef brigade to deliver exceptional Indigenous-inspired cuisine.

You will manage daily food production, budgets, and team leadership, while collaborating in a cross-cultural workplace to create memorable dining experiences for guests.
