Key Responsibilities
• Prepare, season, and cook a variety of Indo-Chinese and other menu dishes in accordance with recipes and restaurant standards.
• Monitor the quality of dishes at all stages of preparation, cooking, and presentation.
• Assist with menu planning and the development of new dishes and specials.




• Prepare ingredients and ensure adequate stock levels are maintained for daily kitchen operations.
• Store food safely and maintain appropriate temperature controls in accordance with food safety regulations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of kitchen workstations and food preparation areas.
• Inspect food supplies and ingredients to ensure freshness and quality.
• Assist with stock control, stock rotation, and inventory management.
• Work collaboratively with chefs and kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and service.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and workplace health and safety requirements. What We're Looking For
• Relevant qualification
• Minimum one year of relevant experience in a commercial kitchen environment.
• Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and food safety practices.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Robust organisational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• High attention to detail and commitment to food quality and presentation.
