Aspect Personnel is seeking a Quality Lead to establish the entire quality and food safety framework for a current Pakenham operation. You will own standards, compliance and regulatory matters from day one, reporting to the Managing Director.
The role requires designing and implementing HACCP, GMP, and related policies, driving SQF/certification readiness, and building supplier, recall, and traceability programs with cross-functional teams.
