This position offers 25–30 hours per week, with a structured pathway toward Head Coach.

Beyond delivering exceptional BFT sessions, we need you to:

- Mentor and support developing coaches
- Contribute to workshop delivery (HYROX, performance, education sessions)
- Ensure all members feel welcomed and a part of the BFT community
- Drive technical excellence across a variety of program types
- Maintain close attention to movement quality
- Deliver feedback confidently and constructively
- Work collaboratively as a team
- Early mornings are required
- Some split shifts
- Semi-fixed roster with flexibility
