Kmart is seeking a Loyalty Lead to shape how we engage, reward and build stronger relationships with our customers across Flybuys, OnePass and our owned channels. You will lead end-to-end loyalty campaigns, manage targeting, forecasting and post‑implementation reviews to continually optimise performance with cross‑functional teams.
