You are a “Get It Done!” type person. You love fast paced roles where you get variety in tasks and where you make a big impact. Your managers have always loved you because of your “I can fix this” mindset.

You’re extroverted and genuinely love chatting to people. You are not scared to pick up the phone and you realise how much of a difference it makes to actually speak to your customers in this day and age when everyone just emails.

You have a genuine high level of care. You’re great at establishing relationships & winning clients over and being the go-to person when a client needs something, because they know you’ll take care of them.

You’re diligent & organised - you have checklists and love ticking off your completed items. You’re a task master and always want to feel like you’re on top of things.

You have a real love for food- you love cafe culture and going out and seeing what is current and exciting.

This role is for Madhouse Bakehouse- they wholesale food/baked products into businesses like cafes & caterers but even huge clients like Airlines & Retail Chains. They’re fast growing and have some really exciting things in the pipeline.

They’re also a family-oriented company and while hard working, are also relaxed and understanding. Along with that though, comes the usual expectations in a small,



family-owned business - you help each other out. There is no “that’s not in my JD” attitudes - everyone chips in to put out fires or pick up some slack to keep the team on track.

They need someone to assist with customer service & admin support. You will be responsible for all existing clients & inbound inquiries - calling them, learning about their business and what products would work for them and then organising the sale & delivery for them.

I know every job ad says “fast paced”, but this truly is! The turnaround on orders is often less than 24 hours! You’re dealing with perishable items & ingredients - so you must be super organised & on the ball. If the driver forgets something, you’ll be expected to jump in the car and hand deliver it to the client. Basically whatever is needed to get the show on the road!

You don’t need experience with food products - you just need the aptitude and attitude to want to get things done and want to be a key player in the company. There is a lot of growth available as they’re growing fast, so your future is whatever you want to make of it!

They’re in Chullora (near Bankstown) and the role is full time. Ideally they’d like this role to start mid January, but open to an immediate start for the right candidate.
