The role provides hands-on Level 1/2 support, participates in infrastructure lifecycle activities and collaborates with regional teams to ensure high availability of critical systems.

The successful candidate has 3–5 years in IT infrastructure, robust Windows knowledge, ITIL foundation and good stakeholder management.
