Bloom Hearing Specialists is seeking a Payroll and People & Culture Coordinator to join our ANZ People & Culture team. You will manage end-to-end payroll for Australia and Current Zealand, handle payroll inquiries, and ensure compliance with accurate processing and documentation.
You will support onboarding/offboarding, immigration and relocation processes, and maintain employee records while delivering a seamless employee experience across the employment lifecycle.
