Beechwood Health Service is seeking an Activity Officer to work with the Club Connections Coordinator to deliver a meaningful activities program. You will help clients maximise independence, wellbeing and engagement in decision-making about their lives, in a holistic, person-centred approach.
You will build cooperative relationships with clients, families, carers and other providers, creating opportunities that reflect individual interests and support needs. Applications close 24 November 2026.
