Fina Ceramics in Sydney’s Smithfield area is seeking an experienced Administrative Support Staff to join our growing team with an immediate start. This role supports day-to-day customer service, sales administration and office operations, helping to keep orders flowing smoothly.
You will ensure orders are processed and communicated to the Logistics and Warehouse teams, maintain accurate customer records and files, and work closely with Sales, Logistics, Warehouse and Accounts to deliver service
