Lockheed Martin Australia is seeking an experienced Flight Training Device Lead to manage AIR5428 FTD/LE maintenance and operations at RAAF East Sale. You will drive maintenance programs, oversee configuration control and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

The role requires leadership across cross-functional teams, delivery of service levels, and the ability to work within government defence frameworks and security requirements. Australian citizenship is required.
