My client, a recognisable name in Victoria's HVAC contracting world are seekingan experienced Mechanical Project Manager to join their growing team.

The business are going through a sustained period of growth having secured multiple major project wins from their established client base within the commercial construction world.

Current package values across major projects range up to $30m.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of mechanical projects from start to finish
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure successful completion
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and team members




- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a mechanical project manager with a track record of delivering projects on-time and within budget
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of mechanical systems, construction methodologies, and project management software
