CSR is seeking a Manufacturing Manager for its Ingleburn facility, reporting to the Operations Manager. You will lead end-to-end operations across four production lines, driving safety, quality and continuous improvement while embedding World Class Manufacturing practices within the Saint-Gobain network.
You will build a high-performing team, manage budgets and capital projects, and partner with maintenance to ensure reliable production and timely reporting in SAP.
