Compass Group Australia is seeking a senior HSEQ leader to drive safety culture across a portfolio of remote FIFO sites. You will mentor site teams, embed robust HSEQ systems, and lead risk management, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.

You will collaborate with operational leaders, support incident investigations, and deliver training to strengthen safety outcomes across the business. A hybrid Brisbane-based role with site travel is involved.
