Hi-Tec Oil Traders is seeking an organised Dispatch Officer to support our warehouse and dispatch operations in Sydney. You will coordinate deliveries, prepare orders and maintain records while contributing to efficient warehouse administration.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in administration or warehousing, with CHEP pallet experience and strong Excel skills. You’ll work with drivers, production and admin teams in a quick-paced environment.
