Edge Early Learning is seeking an experienced Educational Leader who will actively drive curriculum improvement and educator capability within a hands-on, cooperative team. You will lead Teach a Rainbow implementation, mentor staff, and develop EYLF-aligned programming across all rooms.
You’ll champion holistic learning, partner with families, and ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework while benefiting from dedicated non-contact planning time and a supportive leadership team.
