- Full time, permanent Field Technician position based in Mulgrave.
- Installing, commissioning, maintaining and troubleshooting critical radio communication systems across Victoria and interstate.
- Primarily working with Motorola Solutions platforms, including MOTOTRBO/DMR and P25.

The Opportunity:

- Full-time, permanent Field Technician position based in Mulgrave.
- Installing, commissioning, maintaining and troubleshooting critical radio communication systems across Victoria and interstate.
- Primarily working with Motorola Solutions platforms, including MOTOTRBO/DMR and P25.

What They're Looking For:

- 3+ years' experience in two-way radio communications.
- Strong Motorola radio experience, including programming and configuration.




- Solid understanding of RF fundamentals, antennas and fault diagnosis.
- Electronics, Telecommunications or equivalent trade qualification.
- Basic IP networking knowledge.
- Ability to work autonomously on client sites and manage technical issues independently.
- Full driver's licence and willingness to travel and participate in an on call roster.
