Job Summary

ApplejackHospitalityislookingforaprofessionalandservice-focusedWaitstaffmembertojointetheminSydney.Thison-siteroleisidealforsomeonewhotakesprideindeliveringmemorableguestexperiences,workswellinafast pacedenvironment,andcontributestoapositiveteamculture.

Responsibilities

Takefoodandbeverageordersaccuratelyandcommunicatethemclearlytothekitchenandbarteams

Supportsmoothserviceflowbyanticipatingguestneedsandrespondingpromptly





Maintaincleanliness,hygiene,andpresentationstandardsacrossthevenue

Followresponsibleserviceofalcoholpracticesandcomplywithliquorlawsandvenuepolicies

Workcollaborativelywithteammemberstocreateapositiveandsupportiveserviceenvironment

Assistwithgeneralserviceduties,includingtablesetup,clearing,andresetting

Requirements

Previoustableserviceexperience,orprogressionfromaRunnerrolewithstrongfoodandbeverageknowledge

CurrentNSWRSACompetencyCard

Strongcustomerserviceandfoodandbeverageserviceskills

Understandingofcleaning,hygiene,andliquorlaws

Provenproactiveness,initiative,andtheabilitytothinkcriticallyandoffersolutions
