GMHBA is seeking a Practice Nurse to join our patient-focused team on a permanent part time basis in Victoria. You will triage patients, perform holistic health checks, manage chronic conditions and assist with vaccinations, ECGs and monitoring.
You will collaborate with GPs and allied health professionals, support recalls and education, and maintain clinical systems and accreditation standards in a collaborative, supportive environment.
