This in office leadership role requires regular presence across metropolitan Melbourne and Gippsland, with travel between sites to ensure consistent, responsive service.

You will lead, mentor and develop frontline staff, strengthen practice, and foster an inclusive, high-performing team culture grounded in Housing First principles.
