Boral Cement is seeking a hands-on Production and Maintenance Manager for the Marulan Lime Works in New South Wales. You will lead a sizeable team, coordinate production and maintenance, and ensure protected, reliable operations that meet quality and environmental standards.
You will drive performance, manage costs, develop people, and partner with the General Manager to deliver results and a culture of Zero Harm across the site.
