You will work with the Care Coordinator and Registered Nurse to deliver person-centred care, including medication administration and care plan updates, in a supportive, growth‑oriented setting.
Applicants should have AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse, at least 6 months in aged care, and a proven ability to learn new systems quickly while remaining organised and collaborative.
