Thiess is seeking an experienced Leading Hand to join the Caval Ridge Mine team. You will provide solid operational and safety leadership to the production crew, ensuring targets are met safely and efficiently. This is a 7/7 roster on a 12.5-hour shift pattern with full-time employment.

You will support the Production Supervisor, coordinate crews and equipment, and contribute to continuous improvement while maintaining a safe workplace and compliance with standards.
