Rivareno Gelato in Sydney is seeking a dedicated Gelato Maker to join our production team. You will craft high-quality gelato using traditional Italian techniques and premium ingredients, following tested recipes and maintaining strict sanitation.
You will play a key role in developing new flavors, monitoring freezing and churning, and collaborating with staff to deliver excellent customer experiences. This is a long-term, physical role in a quick-paced, creative gelateria environment.
