Health & Movement Collective Pty Ltd – Mont Albert North VIC

Looking for a physiotherapy role where you can do great clinical work, be part of a genuinely supportive team and build a career with room to grow?

At Synergistic Movement Physio, we're creating something different from traditional private practice. We bring together hands‑on physiotherapy, individualised rehabilitation, Clinical Pilates and strength and conditioning to deliver better outcomes for our patients, while creating an environment where our clinicians feel supported, connected and valued.

We believe great physiotherapy combines clinical expertise, skilled hands‑on treatment and progressive exercise‑based rehabilitation. Just as importantly, we believe great workplaces are built around people. We want our team to enjoy coming to work, continue developing their skills and build careers they find rewarding for years to come.

Our purpose‑built centre brings physiotherapy, Clinical Pilates and strength and conditioning together under one roof. Featuring a large, fully equipped rehabilitation space, dedicated Pilates studio and private consultation rooms, our clinic has been designed to support high‑quality rehabilitation.

We're also entering an exciting new chapter, with the practice evolving into ARC Motion. This is an opportunity to join us as we grow, contribute ideas and help shape the future of the practice.

The opportunity

We're looking for a motivated physiotherapist to join our growing team, with full-time and part time opportunities available.

This is a varied role with an approximate 50/50 split between group‑based rehabilitation and individual consultations. Your week will involve working with patients across musculoskeletal and sporting conditions, combining hands‑on treatment, individualised exercise prescription and supervised group rehabilitation.

Our group‑based model is centred on helping patients progress through their rehabilitation in a supportive, supervised environment.

With a maximum of three patients per clinician, you'll have the opportunity to build meaningful patient relationships while providing individualised guidance and seeing people develop their strength, confidence and function over time.

For clinicians interested in taking the next step in their career, there is also the chance to grow beyond a purely clinical role. As the practice expands, we see potential for the right person to take on greater responsibility, develop leadership skills, mentor other clinicians and become involved in clinical management and the future direction of the business.

We welcome applications from both early‑career physiotherapists looking to build their clinical foundations and experienced clinicians interested in developing their leadership potential.

A genuinely connected team

We don't want private practice to feel like you're working on your own. We prioritise coming together as a team, sharing knowledge, supporting one another and enjoying our time at work. We make time for shared lunches, regular catch‑ups and collaboration throughout the week.

Professional development is part of our regular working week, not something that only happens outside of work hours. We provide weekly one‑on‑one and group mentoring, creating opportunities to discuss clinical cases, refine your skills and work towards your individual career goals. We want you to feel supported in your development, regardless of your experience.

Quality over quantity

We believe good physiotherapy takes time.

Longer consultation times and small 3:1 class sizes allow you to build meaningful patient relationships, provide individualised care and deliver quality rehabilitation without feeling rushed.

A career that lasts

We don't just want you to enjoy your first few months here. We want you to still enjoy being a physiotherapist in five and ten years' time. Creating sustainable workloads, a supportive team environment and opportunities for continued development is central to how we want to operate.

Purpose‑built facilities

Work in a modern, purpose‑built centre featuring a large rehabilitation gym, dedicated Clinical Pilates studio and private treatment rooms. You’ll have access to the facilities and equipment needed to deliver high‑quality rehabilitation.

Room to grow

We're building a practice with long‑term ambitions, and we want our team to grow alongside it. As ARC Motion develops, there will be opportunities to take on new challenges, contribute ideas, shape how we deliver our services and play a greater role in the business. We value people who want to be involved, take initiative and help build something they’re proud to be part of.

What we’re looking for

We’re looking for someone who:

- Holds a Bachelor of Physiotherapy or equivalent qualification.
- Has current AHPRA registration (or is eligible for registration).
- Is passionate about evidence‑based, patient‑centred care.
- Enjoys combining hands‑on treatment with exercise‑based rehabilitation.
- Enjoys working with people of all ages and abilities.
- Is confident or interested in developing their skills in group‑based rehabilitation and exercise programs.
- Values teamwork, collaboration and ongoing professional development.
- Is motivated to contribute to a growing practice and develop their own skills.
- Experience in private practice, Clinical Pilates, strength and conditioning or sports rehabilitation is desirable, but not essential.
