Breakthru - Community, part of the Royal Rehab Group, is seeking a casual team member to join our Charlestown team with open availability. The role involves night shifts, personal care, rotating rosters, short shifts, weekend work, and driving a pool car with access to a private vehicle for transporting participants.
The successful candidate will engage in diverse activities, provide in-home supports, assist with meal prep, and help promote independence in a supportive, friendly workplace.
