The Next Step Recruitment is seeking a Learning & Capability Senior Consultant to join the People & Culture team in Sydney on a 12 month contract. You will lead and deliver engaging learning initiatives across the business, partnering with stakeholders to move programs from concept to delivery.
Reporting to the Head of Organisational Development & Culture, you will design and facilitate programs, support LMS activities and measure outcomes to drive continuous improvement.
