Queen Pin Hair Extensions is an exciting new wholesale hair extension store opening in Bexley, Sydney.

We are passionate about providing premium-quality hair extensions, exceptional customer service and expert advice to hairdressers, salon professionals and customers.

As we prepare to open our doors, we are looking for a friendly, professional and knowledgeable individual to join our team as our Front of House Customer Service Consultant.

About the Role

This is the perfect opportunity for a qualified hairdresser, former hairdresser or experienced hair industry professional looking to step away from working behind the chair while continuing to utilise their expertise in a professional retail environment.

As the face of Queen Pin Hair Extensions, you will be responsible for welcoming customers, providing expert product recommendations and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner.
- Provide expert advice on hair extensions, colour matching, tones, lengths and textures.
- Assist customers and hair professionals in selecting suitable hair extension products.
- Use your knowledge of hair colouring and styling to provide personalised recommendations.
- Manage customer enquiries in-store, over the phone and via email.
- Process sales and operate the point-of-sale system.
- Maintain a beautifully presented, clean and organised showroom.




- Assist with stock replenishment, inventory and general store operations.
- Build strong, lasting relationships with customers and salon professionals.

About You

We are ideally seeking a qualified hairdresser or former hairdresser with a strong understanding of hair colour and extensions.

The successful candidate will have:

- A hairdressing qualification or previous professional hairdressing experience (highly desirable).
- Excellent knowledge of hair colour, undertones, colour matching and styling.
- Knowledge of hair extensions, including different application methods, lengths and textures.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- A warm, approachable and professional personality.
- Confidence in providing knowledgeable product advice.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- A passion for the hair and beauty industry.
- Previous retail or sales experience (advantageous).
