West Wimmera Health Service is seeking casual Support Workers to provide in-home and community-based services across multiple locations in the West Wimmera region. The role supports independence and participation in community life, including TAC, NDIS and CHSP clients.

Essential duties include explicit communication, person-centered planning and adherence to health and safety directives. Pre-requisites include screening clearances and a current First Aid Level 2 certificate.
