About the Role

We're on the hunt for experienced Bartenders and Baristas who know their craft, love a busy service and bring great energy to the team.

Whether you're the person behind the perfect morning coffee, the one mixing up everyone's favourite cocktail, or someone who can do both, there's a place for you with us.

You’ll be working alongside a great team in some of Brisbane’s busiest and most exciting dining venues, where no two shifts are quite the same.

What You'll Be Doing

Making consistently great coffees, cocktails and beverages that keep our guests coming back.

Bringing personality, energy and a friendly smile to every service.

Keeping up with the pace of a busy restaurant without compromising on quality.

Sharing your knowledge of coffee, cocktails, wines and everything in between.

Keeping your bar or coffee station organised, stocked and looking its best.





Working closely with the floor and kitchen teams to keep things running smoothly.

Having fun, supporting your teammates and making every guest experience count.

About You

You’ve got solid experience as a Bartender, Barista or both.

You know what makes a great coffee or cocktail and take pride in getting it right.

You love hospitality, enjoy meeting people and know how to make guests feel welcome.

You’re confident, friendly and can handle the buzz of a busy service.

You’re reliable, well‑presented and a team player.

You bring a positive attitude and aren’t afraid to jump in and help.

You’re available to work a adaptable roster, including weekends.

You hold a current RSA if you’re applying for a bartending role.
