About the role…

At Caruso’s, your naturopathic expertise has the opportunity to make a real impact. Joining our Marketing team, you will combine first-response consumer engagement with technical writing, scientific research, product education and recent product development. You will use insights gained from consumers and the market to help shape educational content, improve consumer experiences and contribute to product innovation.





You'll have the opportunity to share your naturopathic expertise, support the development of innovative complementary medicines and work closely with our Marketing, Product Management, Regulatory Affairs and Sales teams.

We're looking for someone who enjoys variety, takes ownership of their work, communicates confidently and is excited to contribute ideas and improvements as our business continues to grow.

What you will do….

- Consumer Engagement: Provide professional, empathetic and evidence-based naturopathic support as a first responder to consumer enquiries through telephone, email, social media and digital channels. Record interactions and elevate complaints or adverse reactions through established processes.
- Product Knowledge & Education: Develop and maintain strong technical knowledge of our product range and provide education and training to internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Technical Writing & Content: Research, develop and review evidence-based technical content, including product guides, scientific summaries, educational resources, website content and marketing assets. Translate complex naturopathic and scientific information into clear, accurate and engaging content for consumers, healthcare professionals and commercial teams.
- New Product Development:



Support product innovation through ingredient research, scientific evidence reviews, competitor analysis and identifying emerging health trends.
- Regulatory & Technical Support: Work collaboratively with Regulatory Affairs to ensure technical information, product claims and consumer communications are accurate, evidence-based and compliant with relevant TGA requirements.
- Consumer & Market Insights: Capture and analyse insights from consumer interactions, market trends and your naturopathic expertise. Identify emerging needs, product opportunities and areas for improvement, and proactively translate these insights into recommendations that drive meaningful business action.
- Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes, systems and ways of working, including the effective use of technology and approved AI tools.
