Wesfarmers Chemicals, Energy & Fertilisers (WesCEF) is seeking a collaborative leader to shape and deliver our HR data and systems roadmap, drive workforce reporting and support payroll governance and responsible AI adoption.
Reporting to the HR Digital & Reward Manager, you will lead HR technology, analytics and insights, ensure governance and security, and partner with HR, Payroll, Finance and IT to deliver up-to-date, employee‑centred services across our Perth-based hybrid workplace.
