EOS IT Solutions is seeking an Audio-Visual Technician to be the primary user-facing IT support for internal staff in Sydney. You will assist users face-to-face, via chat, email and video calls, and work with events and communications teams to ensure flawless Town Hall executions.
You will advise on AV setup, schedule in office support, manage hardware and vendors, and maintain broadcasting and recording systems across multiple platforms including WebEx, Zoom, and Teams.
