Accounts Manager - Property - Build to Rent
Work in this initial 3 month contract role to help during a busy period.
Key responsibilities
Manage and run the rent roll and direct debit process and obtain sign off from the Finance and Property Managers
Billings data entry and accuracy
Review and reconcile tenant accounts and conduct lease audits
Assist in arrears collection
Contact tenants on account queries, direct debit set up and arrears collection
Production of billings/arrears related correspondence to tenants
Assist with month end procedures
About you
Accounts receivable or lease administration or billings experience is essential
Prior property experience is highly desirable
Proactive and self motivated approach to work and problem solving
