UnitingCare Queensland is seeking a Supported Living Facilitator to provide in-home care to clients in the Caloundra area. You will help with daily living activities, mobility, and community participation, visiting clients at their homes on a schedule.
The role requires a current NDIS screening, CPR/First Aid, a valid open driver’s license, and access to a vehicle. Adaptable work patterns and non-profit salary packaging options are available.
