If you're looking for a hospital where you're encouraged to get hands‑on, challenge yourself, keep learning and have a laugh along the way, we might just be your perfect match.

Our purpose-built hospital is only two years young and already thriving With a state‑of‑the‑art surgical suite, an onsite rehabilitation centre, a fantastic client base and a team that genuinely enjoys working together, we've created a workplace where both our patients and our people can thrive.

And the best part? Our nurses actually get to nurse

Why you'll love working with us

We believe great nurses deserve the opportunity to use the skills they've worked so hard to develop.

Here's what makes us a little different:

- A high nurse-to-vet ratio – giving you the time and opportunity to focus on hands‑on nursing rather than constantly juggling everything else.
- A surgical caseload that keeps things interesting – from routine procedures to advanced soft tissue and orthopaedic surgeries.
- A up-to-date, purpose‑built hospital – fully equipped with all the toys to help you deliver exceptional patient care.
- An onsite rehabilitation centre – including an underwater treadmill, allowing you to be involved in your patients' recovery journey.
- A team that has your back – supportive,

collaborative and always willing to jump in and help.
- Your ideas matter – we value nurses who take initiative, share their knowledge and help us continue to improve.

We work hard, support each other and believe there should always be room for a bit of fun along the way

What will your day look like?

Forget being stuck on the sidelines. Our nurses play an active role in patient care, and we encourage you to use your skills to their fullest potential.

Depending on the day, you could be:

- Collecting blood samples and placing IV catheters
- Monitoring anaesthesia, assisting with intubation and scrubbing into surgical procedures
- Calculating and administering medications
- Assisting with orthopaedic and advanced soft tissue surgeries
- Performing radiography
- Providing exceptional post‑operative nursing and rehabilitation care
- Building relationships with clients who genuinely value the care we provide
- Working closely with our vets to manage interesting and challenging cases

We want you to finish your day feeling like you've made a difference, used your skills and maybe even learnt something new

Who are we looking for?

We're looking for someone who is confident in their nursing abilities,

passionate about patient care and brings positive energy to the team.

Ideally, you'll have:

- Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing or an equivalent qualification

- A genuine passion for providing high‑quality patient care
- A keen interest in surgery, anaesthesia and hands‑on nursing
- Great communication skills and a love for building client relationships
- A willingness to continue learning, growing and challenging yourself
- A positive attitude, a good sense of humour and a team‑first mentality

You don't need to know everything, but we do want someone who's excited to keep developing their skills and isn't afraid to get involved.

Your career, your growth

We don't want our nurses to feel like they've reached a ceiling in their careers.

Whether you're passionate about anaesthesia, surgical nursing, rehabilitation or developing a new special interest, we want to help you get there.

We offer:

- Funded CPD – because investing in your skills is key to us
- Access to an extensive online CPD library covering both clinical and non‑clinical development
- Encouragement and support to pursue advanced skills and special interests
- Opportunities to learn from a varied and challenging caseload
