- Strong experience managing end-to-end data projects
- Valuable proficiency in Snowflake / data warehouse / data platform projects
- Strong project planning, stakeholder and client management skills
- Hands-on experience managing testing phases, Jira setup/dashboards and defect triaging
- Good understanding of data tools, technologies and migration environments
- Ability to work closely with the client and coordinate effectively with offshore teams
- Must be comfortable being client-facing/in office
- Ability to connect technical delivery with business objectives
