TJX Australia is seeking a Loss Prevention Manager to oversee NSW North, protecting customers and assets across our 93-store network. You will conduct compliance audits, lead investigations, monitor stock processes to reduce shrinkage, and deliver Loss Prevention training to store teams while coordinating with law enforcement and security partners.
The role requires a solid background in retail LP, knowledge of POS and BI tools, and the ability to travel interstate as needed.
