Moonee Valley Libraries is seeking a friendly Library Customer Service and Program Support Officer at Ascot Vale Library to help deliver welcoming and accessible library services. You’ll assist customers with technology, access online resources and support story times, with occasional relief at other locations.
In this part time role you’ll be involved in opening and closing duties, work across locations as required, and contribute to a positive, inclusive customer experience for all patrons.
