Angle Finance, a leading non-bank asset finance company, is looking for a Collections Specialist in Sydney. You will manage an assigned portfolio of overdue accounts, aiming to reduce arrears, maximise recoveries and support fair customer outcomes in a fast-paced setting.
You will engage with customers to understand their circumstances, negotiate suitable payment arrangements, monitor follow-up, and escalate to hardship, mercantile or legal recovery when needed.
